It is very easy to get here from Olbia Airport, as it is only 20 km away.
The two-story luxury villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people. Each bedroom has private bathroom with shower. Villa Sofia is designed in a contemporary style and covers approximately 250 m2 of space with a warm living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned.
There is a small technical room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator.
From the villa you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.

Villa is located in a gated cottage village surrounded by a pine grove by the sea. Next to the property there are Lu Impostu beach and the tourist village of Puntaldia, where there are a marina, a nine hole golf course, tennis courts, shops, markets, restaurants and other services. We recommend visiting the nearby beaches in this area: Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Salina Bamba, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Suaraccia. Around 8 km from the villa there is the center of San Teodoro, where you will find all kinds of entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, as well as a souvenir night bazaar on all the central streets. 50 km away from the villa there is the famous Costa Smeralda and the other beautiful beaches of northern Sardinia.
