On the first floor:

• 1 master bedroom with very spacious bathroom with shower and terrace with sea view. The room has television, video recorder, fax.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms except a living room and a double bedroom downstairs. Tv with satellite and sky. It has an annex, which is not rented, where the caretakers stay.
